How do I return an item?

Upon receiving your order, if you should find a warranty problem or wrong size footwear, e-mail us at We will issue a return authorization number for you to use in returning the footwear to us for credit or exchange.
When receiving your new footwear, we suggest you try them on and wear them inside your home on carpet or hardwood floors. Do not wear them outside or in the workplace until you are certain the product will work for you.
When returning footwear to us for credit or exchange, it must be in the original box, and purchase receipt must be included. The footwear and original box should be put in a shipping box, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Do not use the manufacturers shoe box as the shipping container, it could be damaged in shipping. If you should have a warranty problem after using our product, e-mail us stating the nature of the problem. We appreciate your business and will address any problems you may have in a speedy manner.
